MINOR'S UNDERSTANDING FORM

I have discussed the dangers of motocross with my parents or legal guardians and they have explained to me the possibility of getting injured riding a dirt bike or quad. I know that I could be injured severely.

I will assume this responsibility in order to ride with AntiGravity MX.

If at any point I feel endangered by my own actions or those of others, I understand that I am free to stop riding, and will do so of my own free will.

I have read and understand the risks mentioned above. I fully understand what they mean, and have signed below voluntarily.

I have read the rules and required safety gear pages on the AntiGravityMX.com site and agree to abide by the regulations set forth by the organization.
